A leading multi channel & category global FMCG business is on the lookout for a National Account Manager – eCommerce to drive their online retail strategy across Amazon, Marketplace platforms, Chemist Warehouse (via Omnivore), and owned Shopify channels.
This is a high-profile growth role with a clear mandate: optimise Amazon performance (currently ~75% of $6M turnover) while unlocking untapped potential across other platforms.
What you'll be doingOwn and manage key eCommerce accounts end-to-end, with full commercial accountabilityLead commercial strategy, promotional planning, and execution across online platformsOptimise Amazon performance while building scale across Marketplace and ShopifyPartner cross-functionally to embed fresh thinking and uplift digital capabilityBuild strong customer relationships to deliver against ambitious growth plansWhat we're looking forFMCG or consumer background, with a proven Amazon track recordExperience across Chemist Warehouse via Omnivore, Marketplace platforms, and ShopifyStrong commercial acumen — you understand category levers, promo planning, and the digital shelfA strategic yet hands-on mindset: comfortable building and executing growth plansEntrepreneurial drive with the confidence to challenge the status quo and bring new ideasWhy join?
