We are actively seeking a Practice Manager for our dynamic team at Myhealth Edmonson Park

We're looking for a Practice Manager or Assistant Manager (2IC) with a strong track record in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our practice on an initial 6 to 9 month Maternity Leave contract.

Your role will encompass not only operational efficiency but also a commitment to providing exceptional support to our medical professionals and staff.

Myhealth Edmondson Park is a Private Billing Medical Centre conveniently located at Edmondson Square Shopping Centre in Edmondson Park.

This brand new, purpose-built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.

We provide comprehensive support in areas such as finance, payroll, marketing, and administration, allowing you to concentrate on your passion for team building and clinic enhancement.

You'll benefit from the guidance of an Area Manager who will work closely with you to monitor clinic improvements. We've also designed roles that enhance your performance, including training updates and group Practice Management learning sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical center setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing nursing and administration staff.
- Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization of workflow.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
