**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager to join our team. The role provides operational management and leadership for the facility and security management of EPA Offices and Fleet Operations.

This is a new role in the EPA, and the key focus will be:

- Develop the relationships related to Service Partnership Agreements with our shared services and other key providers
- Develop, implement and oversee comprehensive security protocols for each office premises and evolving security needs
- Develop and maintain facilities to meet our needs for today and future EPA sites across NSW
- Commission and implement audits and reviews of both internal and external service provider contracts
- Leading a small passionate team that are committed to great service and support

**About You**

You will recognise that at the core of this role is the need to provide safe and fit for purpose work environments, and the opportunities and challenges this focus can bring will drive your sense of purpose. You will be an outcomes focused passionate advocate for the EPA and the internal stakeholders you will build strong relationships with and support. You will have considerable experience within a similar fast paced, outcome focused role/environment, dealing with requirements, issues and challenges in a proactive, positive and dynamic way.

You will have experience in developing and leading a collaborative and capable team, managing facilities, security and fleet across multiple locations, often in shared tenancy.

The People Culture and Capability Branch of the EPA are a customer focused, collaborative team passionate about what we do.
