Facilities Security Officer –

We're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Facilities Security Officer to take the lead on HSEQ compliance and risk management at our facility. This is a key position that combines strong knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality systems with hands-on oversight of physical security operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement risk assessments, safety procedures, and compliance policies
- Oversee facility security to ensure a safe and compliant environment for staff, contractors, and visitors
- Support and drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance
- Ensure alignment with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a HSEQ or security leadership role
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation
- Excellent communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
