Facility Security Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Security Manager to oversee the security operations of our data centers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against physical and cyber threats.
- Manage and coordinate with security personnel, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Key qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in security management, preferably in a data center or facility setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
