MedHireHub is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care to our clients. We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable **Support Worker** to assist our clients in maintaining their independence and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Assist with community access, shopping, and social outings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families in both Italian and English.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in aged care, disability support, or community care (preferred).
- Good to Have-speaking in **Italian, Spanish** and English.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive.
