This role is integral in helping us build relationships with customers.
Please note – this is not a call centre role.
In This Fast Paced Role, You Will
Providing exceptional customer service to NHP customer base of commercial clients
Handle technical phone/email enquiries
Work with Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries – orders, returns, queries, services & general items
Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Maintain records & documents relating to customer activity
Contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs
What you will need to be successful
