About the Role

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of a funeral service to help grieving families through a difficult time
- Develop strong relationships with families, listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Lead a team on the day of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting the family during this emotional period

What We're Looking For

- A caring attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and empathy when working with people in emotional distress
- Ability to work well under pressure and pay attention to detail
- Full, unrestricted driver's license
