Baby J's has been serving sugar rushes and pure dessert happiness since June 2018. We are open as a cafe/dessert bar and pride ourselves in delicious desserts and EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

We are looking for someone with a fun, energetic and positive attitude who share our love for food and more importantly our commitment to our amazing customers.

We are looking for someone to join our Baby J's family in a **Senior Role as Cafe Supervisor.**

**Cafe Supervisor ** key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

- **Overseeing daily operations of store. Opening & Closing Store**:

- **Cooking Sandwiches & Desserts to order**:

- **Ensure all systems/ food standards are followed and maintained**:

- **Making Coffee & Serving Drinks**:

- **Pro-active in solving customer complaints & satisfying all customers requests in various situations**:

- **Fosters a positive environment, which provides consistent, efficient, and friendly service for customers, and exceeds customer expectations**

**To qualify for these roles, this is what we need from you**:

- Well presented, professional and enthusiastically customer focused
- Quick learner, especially with new systems
- Ridiculously good customer service
- Think fast, solve problems quickly in a fast paced environment
- Must show initiative and be able to work in multiple positions around the store
- Must have 1 year hospitality supervising experience

- Around 38 hours of work per week. Mainly Day shift including weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 - 38 per week

**Salary**: $28.46 - $32.00 per hour
