At Sunkids we believe that Every Child is a Precious Trust, which is why we aim to provide children with beautiful childcare environments that nurture the whole child.With 16 Centres across South East Queensland, we pride ourselves on delivering our proven curriculum with dedicated and experienced educators working alongside our families to help develop strong working relationships.About the CentreSunkids Boondall East caters for 75 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout modern learning environments designed specifically for each age group.If you have the desire to:Lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculumBe able to provide a safe and stimulating environmentBe able to direct, lead and role model in all areasHave Fantastic Communication SkillsIdeally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualificationCurrently holds Child Protection Training Certificate CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis TrainingPut the best interests of children firstHelp to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environmentAssist withdaily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management systemIdeally have a sound knowledge of QikKidsSunkids will offer the fortunate Assistant Centre Manager/Educational Leader that joins us:Above award wages as well as a generous incentive remunerationSupport and advice provided by an experienced and skilled support teamProfessional development andmentoring by key Sunkids personnelAn organisation that respects and values all employeesIf you are looking for somewhere to begin the next chapter of your career in supportive and friendly team environments, then Sunkids is the place for you.
