We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administration Assistant who previously worked with an NDIS provider or has been in the NDIS industry. Your knowledge and experience will be needed to function well in this role.

In the role you will:

- Answer and action incoming telephone calls;
- Clerical and administrative support ensuring 100% accuracy;
- Import data and produce analytical reports using Anchored Care systems
- Maintain confidential files and documents belonging to our clients and staff
- Ensure the region is meeting WHS obligations and legislation
- Assist HR with incoming preparation of interviews etc
- Undertaking phone screening and reference checking
- Managing on-boarding ensuring all compliance checks to commence employment are undertaken
- Assisting and preparing documents for the onboarding team
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes

Administration experience and high volume data entry/management

Demonstrated experience across Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & Word, also Anchored Care systems.

You must possess the following skills/attributes
- Have had experience working with an NDIS Service Provider or within the NDIS industry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong ability in decision-making and problem solving;
- Ability to work in a small team environment under mínimal supervision;
- Ability to manage own work, time and commitments;
- Ability to extract and report on data;
- High level organisation skills and attention to details;
- Positive attitude with the ability to influence and connect with stakeholders

You must possess the following:

- Current Drivers licence;
- A roadworthy, registered and suitable insured vehicle to use for work purposes;
- NDIS workers screening card, National Criminal History (Police check) and Blue Card
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

This is a Casual Role requiring 3-5 Days a week, 8 hours a day (9am to 5pm). Flexibility of working from home _may_ eventually be available after training is completed.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
