We reach seven and a half million women each month across written, video and social platforms and we have the largest women's podcast network in the world with 55 different shows.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive growth strategy for social platforms, collaborating with key stakeholders in editorial and audience growth.Guide the execution of the growth strategy by channel, creating a push and pull content ecosystem across owned and off-platform channels.Drive growth with existing audiences and attract new audiences to key marquee brands or platforms.Explore and evaluate emerging or niche social platforms to expand brand presence, assessing potential benefits and risks.Regularly monitor performance and adjust strategy for all Mamamia brand, show, and sub-brand channels.Track, analyse, and optimise key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to drive platform growth.Leverage social media monitoring tools and industry research to generate insights that inform data-driven content creation.Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on social media best practices and platform updates.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital media management, with a track record of successful social media strategies.Strong understanding of digital publishing principles, content optimisation, and platform-specific best practices.Experience in leading and managing a social media team, with the ability to delegate tasks and drive team success.Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals and audience interests.Team player who communicates effectively and gives and receives feedback with honesty and respect.You can prioritise the needs and perspectives of our audience and commercial partners in decision-making.Adaptability and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Culture & BenefitsLife at Mamamia: we are fast-paced and innovative with a collaborative culture and industry-leading ideas.

Our ventures include a $2.3B property portfolio and hotel management, just to name a few.Position OverviewThe Social & Content Executive is a key role responsible for supporting and executing the EVT Hotels & Resorts content strategy across Lifestyle brands, including QT, Atura, LyLo and Independent Collection by EVT (Luxury, Urban & Social).
Working closely with the Senior Social & Content Manager and the various brand and marketing teams, this role ensures consistent messaging and optimal engagement across social media, website, and other digital and offline channels to grow engagement, enhance brand awareness, and deliver on-brand, market-leading content.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute content strategies across EVT Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle brands, ensuring alignment with brand direction and marketing goals.Manage and implement content calendars for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive engagement and brand awareness.Create and edit engaging content, including copywriting and short-form video production, tailored to platform trends and target audiences.Coordinate hotel and brand photography and video shoots, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output across all stages of production.Monitor social channels and support community engagement, maintaining brand voice and responsiveness across platforms.Foster relationships with influencers and content creators, managing collaborations and deliverables to enhance brand visibility.Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of content initiatives.Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualified in the relevant discipline with at least 3 years' experience working in brand, marketing, social media and/or content.Strong understanding of organic and paid social channels and performance metrics, including experience in Meta Business Suite.Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills, with the ability to tell engaging stories and adapt writing styles to suit different audiences.Strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to be agile and adapt to trends and collaboration opportunities to assist in the overall social media strategies.Demonstrated capability to grow and maintain engagement among social media communities.Proficient in content creation and editing platforms, such as Canva, Cap Cut, and Adobe Creative Suite.Creative thinking with a high level of attention to detail.Experience in influencer and talent management, including creating briefs and negotiating clear deliverables for all parties involved.Strong organisational and project management skills, with a proven track record to deliver projects on time, within budget and to strategy.Strong relationship builder and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Incredible team member discounts from your first day on-the-job.50% off stays at EVT hotels – Rydges, QT, Atura, Lylo and more.
