Reservations Sales Agent

We are looking for an experienced and driven **Reservations Sales Agent **to join our high performing professional team for **38 hours per week.**

You will also be responsible for promoting and booking retreat packages and spa & wellness Treatments within the sales hub at Elysia Wellness Retreat.

**Working in this beautiful location your duties will include the following**:

- Providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining the front office and reception operational standards.
- Meeting guests and customers when they arrive and ensure they are settled in their rooms.
- Recommending and booking retreat packages as well as Spa and Wellness treatments
- Maintaining professional, open, and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
- Ability to promote and upsell retreat package, spa and wellness treatments
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Completing daily administration duties.
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting
- Availability to work shifts between Monday to Sunday between 7.30am and 8.30pm

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in high level customer service and guest services
- Experience in reservation sales highly regarded
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to think laterally and have great time organisation skills - if you're great at Tetris, this job is for you
- Understanding of various dietary concerns would be advantageous
- Understanding of various spa and wellness treatments, and/or beauty therapist background would be advantageous
- A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service
- A nurturing personality and an unwavering positive attitude
