Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

**Your Opportunity**:

- Reports to the Manager, Property & Leasing and assists with coordinating the optimal use of CHQ property and Parking expenditure/revenue leases and a range of occupancy licences and management agreements including precinct wide car parking.
- Requires a detailed operating knowledge of the management of leased and owned properties, tenant/landlord obligations, property governance and control arrangements for the Statewide CHQ portfolio including clinical and non-clinical work spaces
- Coordinates and manages the delivery of effective property and parking services, by ensuring they are completed in accordance with the acceptance criteria to enhance health service delivery.
- Coordinates with a central facilities hub which provides statewide property and facilities services for the CHQ business
