**About the role**

This Sydney based family are looking for a professional Property Manager to take control of their immaculately presented luxury estate and love it as much as they do.

Extensive well established park-like grounds cover over 14 acres of the property. With a further 30 acres of woodlands the property is set in the heart of the Southern Highlands, between Bowral & Berrima.

With the owners off-site it will be up to you to control and care for all aspects of the property and the 5 bedroom residence. Thus you will be experienced and happy enough to work unsupervised a majority of the time and just love focusing upon maintaining the property, gardens and grounds in a divine setting.

While landscaping experience and property management is an absolute requirement, the family is particularly looking for someone who is efficient, effective and can self-manage. You will have a positive attitude and happy to supervise one to two other staff and/or contractors for new projects.

**About the maintenance requirements**
- Gardens and grounds
- Residence, sheds, cottage and other structures
- Equipment (incl. 1 tractor, 2 mowers, 2 quad bikes)
- Additionally, the next 12 months there are plans for a number of property improvement projects to get excited about and manage

**About you**
- Professional, reliable and adaptable
- Able to work resourcefully & on own initiative - able to make decisions
- Demonstrated ability & experience to proactively maintain property, gardens, hedges, lawns and irrigation systems
- Relevant tractor, chainsaw experience & licences
- Competency with household maintenance & minor repairs
- Ability to engage & oversee specialist trades & projects when required
- Proficient computer skills
- Confidential & discreet, with professional personal presentation

**Location and Remuneration**
- Location: Berrima / Bowral
- A highly attractive package will be negotiated in-line with experience.
