Overview (Text Only): The Accounts Payable& Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing the timely and accurate execution of the Accounts Payable function including invoice analysis, GL coding & approval verification, system/data input completion and payment confirmation. Responsibilities:

- Work as an effective team member and assist in achieving the key objectives for the Finance Department at APAC.
- Complete/execute the Expense Accounts Payable function for APAC, including accurate production of weekly payments, invoice analysis, GL coding & approval verification, system/data input processing, disbursement bank account reconciliation, and payment confirmation.
- Generate debtor invoices and statements as required, and assist in following up overdue accounts.
- Demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team member.
- Provide valuable operational advice and functional support to all internal (local and international) and external 'customers'.
- Adhere to the relevant legislative, regulatory, licensing, insurance, ethical, corporate governance and industry standards for corporate & retail entities in Asia Pacific.

- Comply with all internal control procedures and SOX requirements and improve (SOX) internal controls and process flowcharts when necessary.
- Ensuring processes are properly documented and that the documentation is maintained.

Qualifications:

- Sound knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards and best practice operations for the retail sector.
- 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Fluent in Korean (verbal & written)
- Intermediate proficiency with relevant software (Excel, Financial Accounting Systems - Peoplesoft)
- Clear and effective communications skills
- Flexible and open to new ideas
- Report Production and Problem-Solving Skills
- Team player with service-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlines.
