Exciting Accounts Payable Opportunity in a Family-Owned Fencing Company

Singh Fabrications is a reputable aluminium and steel fencing company based in Rocklea. We are seeking an experienced Admin/accounts payable/receivable officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices for timely payment
- Process receivable transactions correctly
- Conduct weekly reconciliation on accounts
- Manage payroll on a weekly basis
- Maintain effective communication with customers to request payment of invoices
- Perform debt collection duties
- Assist the accountant with preparation of weekly BAS and End-of-Year financials
- Provide general reception support, including answering telephone calls, responding to phone calls, and directing calls
- Book appointments with customers for measure and quote purposes
- Run errands and collect mail daily
- Maintain an organized and tidy office environment, filing, and archiving

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Honesty, reliability, and a professional attitude towards work
- Bright and energetic personality
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team mentality and positive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MYOB
