As Area Practice
Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the team to achieve KPIs and
financial targets set for the centre
- Provide People Leadership to all
non-clinical employees
- Creating and managing employee rosters
for all employees within the clinic
- Actively managing patient scheduling
to ensure optimisation of appointment times and clinical productivity
- Ensuring that the dental centre
complies with the clinical and WHS standards as determined by the client
- Providing direction and advice on all
administrative matters for the clinic
- Resolving all non-clinical complaints
- Following administrative policy and
procedures set by the client
