QTSM (Plumbing & Drainage) is looking to hire a Trades Coordinator for full time work who is passionate about customer service and is professional in what they do.

**The role will primarily have the following responsibilities**:

- Calling suppliers and managing accounts
- Invoicing
- Providing administrative support, as part of a team, to the management of QTSM
- Call contractors and organise for work to be completed on behalf of QTSM, including rostering, ensuring compliance checks have been completed etc.
- Organising calendar for management personnel
- General administrative work

**Experience Required**:

- Appropriate qualification
- Driver's licence
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Must have extensive administrative experience working in a trades environment
- Ability to work alone and be self-motivated, as well as to be equipped with high computer literacy and ability to learn new programs quickly and competently
- Successful applicants may be required to pass screening checks prior to commencing

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work
