ABOUT THE ROLE

Over the last three years Ceres Life brand has created a strong digital presence and passionate like-minded community on our online and social media channels. Our goal is to continue to build our brand community and bring to life our brand ethos through these channels, building authentic connection with our customers. As such, we are seeking a digitally focused leader to join our growing brand.

The Digital Marketing Manager role will lead our Ceres Life Marketing team to deliver the digital content strategy through various digital and social media channels. As an online retail business today, the role will support us as we continue to build and grow the brand, driving sales through increased traffic and conversion, generating customer engagement and acquiring new customers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or international Digital Marketing
- Experience in leading a team and build collaborative working relationships
- Experience leading omni-channel customer campaigns
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
