- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing Leadership role (brand side experience is preferred but not essential)
- Strong experience in developing and executing Social Media content strategies, including optimising and scaling Paid Social Accounts (Meta, Tiktok)
- Experience using content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Experience in SEO/SEM and website optimisation
- Understanding of technology underpinning platforms, particularly Shopify
- Exposure to the 'Ecommerce Equation Program' or a digital pure play / start up would be highly desirable
- Affiliates experience desirable
- Proven ability in financial modelling is highly regarded
- Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
