**Job Description**:

- Overview
- The Analyst, Global Client Group (GCG) Operations will support sales data processes that are critical to the firm's strategic sales efforts. Working with the global sales operations team, sales teams, and technology team, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of internal data systems related to client assets, cash flows, and CRM data. The daily work will involve processing incoming data from vendors, working with the sales teams to proactively maintain client data, and other related functions to support efficient data governance, sales operations, and reporting. The role falls within the GCG Sales Operations division, which supports the day-to-day operational needs of the sales group in the areas of business insights, product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, reporting and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify data gaps and eliminate data discrepancies across sales systems
- Coordinate, organize, and process registration information, assets under management, and cash flow data from external vendors
- Support the production of board of director's reports and other executive reporting.
- Maintain and improve process maps and documentation regarding sales data governance
- Ensure implementation of firm data compliance procedures with sales systems as necessary
- Identify areas to improve data automation and partner with colleagues to implement solutions
- Manage intake inbox and other user requests in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required; coursework in data science, statistics, finance or economics is preferred.
- Up to 2 years' experience in consulting, business analysis, or similar role that involves data analysis, project management and process improvement. We will consider graduates who have completed a relevant internship.
- Experience with CRM's (especially Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced capability in Excel, querying data and data wrangling, with experience in Power query, DAX and R being considered favourably.
