We are currently seeking Support Workers for morning Personal Care assistance for our Reservoir client:
Our clients request and preference is for a female support worker for the Personal Care task.
- Assistance with **personal care routine 2 hours each morning
- Occasional weekend outings to the football
- Occasional Domestic assistance (cleaning duties)
- Keep accurate records and complete progress notes
- Work within the 7 Elements of the NDIS Code of Conduct

- Cert. III in Disability or similar
- Minimum 1 year Industry Experience supporting clients with a disability
- The ability to provide care 1 on 1 ratio
- Ability to follow and understand participants support plans

Registration Requirements:
- The right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC) (or willingness to obtain)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completed the on-line NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' and NDIS New Worker Induction Module
- Proof of all mandatory vaccinations
- Two professional references
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR training
