**About the role**:

- Display an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
- Provide active field leadership, mentoring and guidance to our employees.
- Manage and coordinate internal resources.
- Manage high risk activities in a structured and controlled manner utilising existing business processes and systems.
- Work collaboratively with multiple team members across various departments.
- Ensure that all works are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Foster and pursue operational excellence through continuous improvement.
- Work closely with our clients, maintaining important relationship values.

**Requirements**:

- Scaffold experience (Over 5+ years required)
- IRATA Certification (Desirable)
- Section 44/26 For Authorised Persons
- Management Qualifications (preferred)
- Experience with Fixed Plant Maintenance
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects with the support of the project leadership team
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug test
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety
