**Purchasing Officer**
Based at Huonville, this is your chance to join the Purchasing team in this exciting 3-month contract role. Working Monday to Friday on a full-time basis, you will be responsible for duties such as processing purchase orders, receipting invoices and communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all areas of the business regarding quotations, deliveries, and investigating any invoice discrepancies. This role requires a strong eye for detail and a high degree of organisation to ensure data is correct and tasks are completed in a timely matter.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who has recent experience in data entry, is proficient in dealing with numbers, has excellent administration and customer service skills, shows initiative, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving. Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint is required.
