Work alongside some of the best in the business, lead a talented bar team, and deliver unforgettable experiences aboard the iconic YOT Club – The world's first superyacht entertainment venue, licensed for up to 399 guests over two luxurious levels.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, premium service environment. As Bar Manager / 2IC, you'll oversee all aspects of beverage operations, inspire and train your team, and ensure every guest leaves wanting more.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring service is on time and in line with charter requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of cocktail presentation, beverage quality, and customer service.
  • Drive sales and upsells, hitting per-head spend targets.
  • Manage and mentor bar staff, building a motivated and skilled team.
  • Oversee stock management, monthly stocktakes, and wastage tracking.
  • Troubleshoot bar tech (Kounta, Tyro, keg systems, gas lines) to keep service running smoothly.
  • Maintain compliance with RSA, WHS, and YOT Group policies.
  • Step into full Venue Manager duties when required.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in a hospitality management role, ideally in a high-volume cocktail bar or event venue.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
  • Strong inventory, and compliance management skills.
  • A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Current QLD RSA and valid driver's licence.
