**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bartending & Beverage Service**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Check guests' identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Engage customers with a positive attitude and build rapport to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and notify manager of low stock.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet guests promptly and professionally.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to POS system.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options.

**Food Service**:

- Input food orders into the POS system and ensure kitchen receives accurate details.
- Run food from the kitchen to the bar or dining areas when needed.
- Assist servers and support staff during peak times to ensure timely service.

**Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Clean bar surfaces, tools, glassware, and workstations regularly.
- Restock bar and service stations with supplies, napkins, condiments, etc.
- Follow health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

**Teamwork & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with other team members.
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the bar and restaurant as scheduled.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to take and serve food orders efficiently.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- RSA & RCG
- Food Handler's Certification.
- Familiarity with POS systems.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
