FOH/Bartender Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic FOH professional to join our team at Lune Lab. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-end evening pastry experiences in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and provide fine dining-style service for our 3-course sitting
  • Prepare and serve cocktails (RSA required) and coffee (training provided)
  • Support table service, plating, and FOH presentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FOH roles in fine dining or premium restaurants or bars
  • Hold an RSA and bring 2-3 years' bartending/cocktail experience
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with warmth
  • Present polished and thrive in a dynamic service environment
  • Have full working rights in Australia
