What is the role?

An Account Manager is vital to drive and support Delta's ambitious growth strategy both locally and internationally. The role requires someone with the personality to adapt to various situations and a determination to make things happen. It will be essential to quickly develop relationships and network with various stakeholders.

You will be needed to develop a range of short and long-term sales strategies that will see growth and allow you to achieve your targets. Your solutions focused thinking will see you forming long term partnerships both internally and externally to ensure there is a collaborative approach to delivering a consistent message and quality solution to the customer.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role you will**:
Have strong relationship development and account management skills
Be highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Be technically minded with the ability to quickly absorb and impart technical information
Be confident, friendly and can work autonomously
Have 1-3+ years sales experience within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or other related fields
