An exciting opportunity exists to join our Business Technology team as a Service Desk Officer. This role sits within the Service Desk team and is focused on delivering value to our customers by working with the business to achieve great resolution outcomes.

**About the Role**:
Significant exposure in a BT Service Desk environment and exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to undertake complex investigatory tasks.

A recognised tertiary qualification in computer science or a related field.

Experience with managing Windows AD, MS Exchange, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Autopilot.

Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

Ability to work under pressure, to plan, prioritises and organise work.

Workstation PC/Printer/Photocopier support skills;
Understanding of networking principles;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Windows-based environments;

Ability to work as a member of a customer service team.

Right to work in Australia;
Satisfactory National Police Check; and
