**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and dynamic Functions Manager to join our team at the Buderim Tavern, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and assist in creating memorable moments.

This is a varied role that will see you maintain exceptional standards and drive exposure of our functions offering in the ALH Venue portfolio. You will have a passion for the guest journey, will be natural and personable, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience. This is an ideal role for a superstar who has their finger on 'the pulse' of industry trends

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Display a genuine passion and flare for the industry, Love what you do and be a team player with a hands on attitude
- Ability to work autonomously within the business framework
- Prior experience in functions sales leadership with an ability to develop people
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time
