About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Function & Bistro Manager to spearhead our functions offering in our portfolio of venues.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in functions sales leadership, with a proven ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets, and deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional standards and drive exposure of our functions offering across multiple sites
  • Develop people and lead a team to achieve results-driven outcomes
  • Manage inbound enquiries for functions on a multi-site basis and maintain a comprehensive client database using a Function Management System
