About company/role:Major pharmaceutical companyMainly based in Northern suburbs of Melbourne but must be flexible to work across all sites (Broadmeadows, Tullamarine, CBD)12-month casual contract, fulltime hoursMonday - Friday, standard business hoursDuties, but not limited to:Support business leaders across Manufacturing, Operations, Enabling Functions, Commerical and Research and DevelopmentDesign and deliver people solutions including change, transformation, talent management, engagement and cultureDeliver HR operational plan for assigned client groups in alignment with key HR stakeholdersInfluence and build relationship with senior leaders and people managers as a trusted advisorSupport/lead organisational design in different layers of the organisationDeploy global change management projectsProvide insights and enable managers to activate employee survey action plansProvide client areas with coaching for development and insights towards developmentDeliver people processes, programs and initiatives for designated client groupsDeliver on the KPIs for the annual core HR cycle, including performance management reviews, promotions, annual compensation/talent reviewsDevelop and implement new concepts to solve business challenges and proactively use data analytics to share insights and trendsSkills/experience:7+ years of HR management experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or OD/HR Business Consultant rolesExperience leading/contributing to Org.
Design, Change Management, Talent & DevelopmentDeep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organisationStrong consulting and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT.Solution oriented with proven track record in change and transformation Ability to tackle difficult and complex business problemsFlexibility to manage large projects/processes simultaneously independentlyApply
