An exciting opportunity has just become available for a
Production Scheduler
to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is a pivotal role within our company, ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for planning, problem-solving, and working collaboratively.
About the Role
Reporting to the Production Scheduling – Supervisor, as our Production Scheduler, you will be part of a team that plays a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain production schedules to meet customer requirements and operational targets
Enter new orders into the system and coordinate timely processing
Manage workflow into the manufacturing plant, adjusting schedules as needed
Confirm delivery timeframes and liaise with relevant departments
Work closely with the Production Scheduling - Supervisor, internal staff, builders, and detailers to ensure customer demands are met efficiently
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays and advise supervisor accordingly

: Proven background in production scheduling or a similar planning role

: Comfortable using or learning production scheduling software
