At **FitMyCar**, we custom-make and ship car accessories right here in Australia. We're expanding our manufacturing and warehouse team and need a strong all-rounder who can work across the floor — and step in to run our vacuum forming (thermoforming) machine when the main operator is away.

This is a **hands-on, full-time role** for someone who can move fast, stay sharp, and help the team hit daily goals. If you're practical, dependable, and licensed to drive a forklift — we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Pick, pack, move, and load products and materials
- Operate a forklift to assist with materials handling (must be licensed)
- Rotate across different production lines and warehouse areas
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organised
- **Step in to operate the thermoforming machine** when the regular operator is on leave (you'll receive full training)
- Support inventory control and general production targets
- Maintain a steady pace while staying focused on accuracy and quality

**What This Role Is Not**

This is **not a dedicated machine operator role**. Your core responsibility is as a general warehouse and production worker. The thermoforming operation is an **important backup duty**, activated when the main operator is unavailable.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Current and valid forklift licence (required)**:

- Solid warehouse or manufacturing experience (ideally fast-paced)
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit - able to handle repetitive tasks and manual lifting
- Comfortable working around machinery and willing to learn
- A "head down, get it done" attitude - we move fast and expect focus
- Someone who takes pride in being dependable and consistent

**Shift Requirement - Must Be Available for All Shifts**

You must be available and willing to work any shift as rostered. While exact hours are still being finalised, shifts will fall within these general timeframes:

- **Morning Shift** - approx. 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- **Afternoon Shift** - approx. 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- **Night Shift** - approx. 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Shift schedules may rotate or change week to week depending on business needs.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
