The Eureka Hospitality Group is a dynamic operator of venues in both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. We operate in a wide variety of settings including health, education (both secondary and tertiary), government and high-end corporate.

Proudly serving the health community of the Ballarat Base Hospital, the Kitchen Quarters Cafe is seeking experienced hospitality all-rounders with solid barista skills to be part of our team. Led by an enthusiastic and engaged Venue Manager, we seek to bring a positive and rewarding working environment as we continue to grow and expand as a Company.

Applicants should display:

- A professional attitude to work including punctuality, reliability and pride in presentation
- A pleasant and positive attitude towards both customers and staff
- Above all, a team-orientated attitude to work
- Ability to work a rotating roster, with a mixture of mornings, afternoons & evening shifts

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.46 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BALLARAT CENTRAL, VIC 3350: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
