Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse and supporting our production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts as required
  • Operate a forklift to assist with materials handling
  • Rotate across different production lines and warehouse areas
  • Keep workspaces clean, safe, and organized
  • Step in to operate the thermoforming machine when the regular operator is unavailable
  • Support inventory control and general production targets

Requirements:

  • Current and valid forklift license
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Physically fit - able to handle repetitive tasks and manual lifting
  • Comfortable working around machinery and willing to learn
  • A "head down, get it done" attitude - we move fast and expect focus
  • Someone who takes pride in being dependable and consistent
