**About the role**

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising around 14 workshop staff such as tradesmen, apprentices and labourers. The company fabricates steel and custom steel products for clients in the industrial sector, so strong steel fabrication experience is essential.

The ideal person would have an established Boilermaker Steel Fabrication background and have good leadership skills to motivate workers and ensure quality and productivity are optimal.

You'll also be responsible for implementing QA systems and making sure all OH&S regulations are followed.

**Skills and experience required**
- Reside in **Brisbane QLD** or want to relocate to **Brisbane**.
- Boilermaker / Welder trade background essential
- Strong leaderships skills and strong ability to motive workers
- Ability to understand and recognise fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of OH&S
- Basic computer literacy
