Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Implement, design and deliver technical solutions in Informatica IDMC, including creating custom workflows and updating the metamodel
- Drive technical rollout of ongoing capability enhancements as per Informatica best practices
- Work with Product owner, and key stakeholders to gather business requirements, feedback and
- recommend & implement technical solutions
- Design and Develop CI/CD solutions for data quality pipelines
- Assist in optimizing ETL/ELT performance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve metadata and data-related issues
- Develop and maintain workflows to support data related processes
- Assist Product owner with the onboarding, training and support for data stewards, data owners and data users
- Keep users/users groups up-to-date & build required integrations with identity platforms (e.g. Sailpoint)
- Integrate metadata from various sources and systems to create a unified view of enterprise data assets
- Develop and maintain technical metadata standards and processes
- Design and implement data quality rules, checks, and scorecards using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to identify, monitor, track and remediate data quality issues
- Optimize data quality & data observability performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data
- De-identify sensitive data & assist in implementing role based access controls
- Build and maintain custom integrations via APIs
- Design and develop data models and hierarchies to support reference data management
- Ensure Technical documentation as per best practices
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data management and Informatica IDMC

What do we need from you

Now let's talk about you:

- 8-10+ years of experience in data management or data engineering
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) tools, specifically Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Integration, and Reference360
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT concepts
- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle etc.)
- Experience with data governance and metadata management principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Certification (desirable): Informatica Cloud Certification (such as Informatica Certified Professional for IDMC)
