We are seeking a highly experienced ETL/Data Integration Specialist with deep expertise in IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale data integration, migration, and transformation projects. The role also involves scheduling automation, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership across onsite/offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

ETL Development & Integration

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter.

Implement robust data migration and transformation solutions aligned with business needs.

Scheduling & Automation

Manage workflows using Control-M Scheduler for data pipeline automation.

Data Modeling & SQL

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for business requirements.

Create and maintain logical and physical data models.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations.

Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.

Drive Agile-based delivery processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Quality & Governance

Maintain attention to detail and enforce best practices for data quality, performance, and governance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and processing issues.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience with IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter.

1–3 years of experience with Control-M Scheduler (preferred).

Strong expertise in writing advanced SQL queries.

Proven experience in data modeling and ETL pipeline implementation.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile teams and in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
