Ventia's contract was successfully renewed in September 2024, ensuring stable and ongoing work.

**About the Role**
- Ventia is seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at. In this role you will You'll manage high-risk, non-routine electrical tasks under the Annual Electrical Project (AEP) framework, working closely with site and client teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead electrical maintenance and project execution.
- Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Provide technical support and reliability insights.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholder communication.
- Support shutdown and outage planning.
- Have experience with Hazardous areas and Dossiers.

**About You**
- Trade Qualified Electrician.
- Proven experience in electrical supervision within industrial or power generation environments.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Planning experience with Maintenance planning tools.
