**About this opportunity**:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our successful People and Culture team at our Head Office in Greenhills, East Maitland. This is a permanent full-time position with flexible working hours in a great working environment. In this role you will be responsible for admin support across all our HR functions; Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and HR core.

Key areas include:

- Onboarding and off boarding of staff
- LMS management and maintenance
- Trainee claims and assistance
- First point resolution for employees and line managers questions and concerns
- Continuous improvement of our HR processes and procedures

To be successful you will need:

- Experience in a similar HR administration position
- Systems savvy and able to use Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
- Broad understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Empathy and understanding for each individual's situation
- Common sense, logical thinking
- Sense of humor and the ability to have a laugh with the rest of us
