We're searching for a highly qualified Group Marketing Manager to work with our growing hospitality group team. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with the company's marketing goals.

Under current management are:
Strategic Direction:

- Work closely with the Owners to develop an overall marketing and brand strategy for The Group.
- Develop new initiatives to promote the restaurants and drive patronage Events + Partnerships
- Promote, attend and document special events on social channels
- Manage all commercial partnerships
- Liaise with and update our PR agency as required
- Leverage on the internal marketing team made up of Graphics Designer, Marketing Coordinator and Content Director to create content pieces and assets.

Content Creation
- Assist with photo shoots and create photo briefs to gather social and web content
- Be confident in shooting and creating content when required
- Create and distribute regular EDM newsletters, in accordance with the content calendar
- Create and design both digital and in-house collateral as required - must be proficient in Canva or other design program to create basic designs

Social Media Management
- Share weekly insights and engagement rates with team direct from Instagram
- Develop the group strategy, recommendations, and best-in-practice framework
- Create, curate and repurpose social content for all venue social channels (Instagram, Facebook)
- Attend special events and run socials on the night and capture content
- Drive brand engagement and growth based on agreed social / digital strategy
- Creating content calendars; scheduling posts or manually posting content, in line with content calendars and timed for peak engagement
- Community management; responding to DM's in a timely manner, responding to comments and engaging with tagged content
- Ensuring brand tone of voice across all platforms
- Develop and execute Social and Digital Paid Media campaigns across all social channels (new to the role)
- Daily upkeep and management of social media channels - reviewing channels, tagging, reposting stories, and checking tags to maximise engagement and reach
- There will be an expectation to be on top of social media engagement outside of regular office hours and weekends
- Keeping up to date with all enhancements and innovations on social channels and making recommendations regarding integrations

Website management
- Continue project task of updating websites with imagery, copy if required. All website assets are being upgraded currently so copy and imagery updates will be required throughout the contract period
- Assist with maintenance of websites for each venue (Wordpress CMS) and update all venues with upcoming events, news, menu changes and opening hours.

- Strong administration and organisational skills and experience
- Optimistic, proactive, self-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity; thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Creative and resourceful
- Project management skills with attention to detail in planning and delivery
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g Photoshop) and/or proficiency with design apps such as Canva
- Familiarity with online reservation systems would be an advantage but is not essential
- A degree or tertiary qualification in marketing is desirable
- Restaurant experience
