**How will I help?
As a Business Solutions Banker you will be interacting with small to medium-sized business customers, helping to understand their business goals and needs and offer a suitable Merchant Solution to help their business grow. This position is fast-paced, operating in a competitive market where you will learn the art of deepening customer relations and having quality needs-based conversations. This opportunity will help you become a strong sales-based banker, offering a tailored solution to suit individual's needs.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Understanding merchant products and how it will benefit the growth of a business.
- Having a comprehensive understanding of competitor information to better support customers
- Supporting other bankers from several channels, including branches by providing advice and support and accepting referrals.
- Modelling outstanding customer care & service excellence

**What do I need?**
- 2-3 years in a customer centric company or role
- Experience as a Customer Care Consumer Banker or retail Personal Banker
- Proven track record in service and support by providing appropriate solutions to suit a range of customer needs Excellent attention to detail, including writing skills
