My client is looking for aStandard Operating Environment (SOE) Engineerto join their high-performing team.
In this critical role, you\'ll be responsible for planning, developing, testing, and deploying a secure and optimized Windows 11 SOE ensuring a seamless transition from Windows 10 that aligns with our client\'s security, compliance, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain the Windows 11 SOE using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
Conduct deployments and gather feedback to refine and enhance the SOE.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SOE configurations, deployment processes, and support procedures.
What You\'ll Bring:
Demonstrated experience in SOE engineering and desktop deployment projects.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture and deployment best practices.
Proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy.
Experience in application packaging, testing, and compatibility troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise-level security standards.
