• A minimum NV1 Clearance must be held, NV2 would be highly advantageous but not essential.

The Role:
Are you ready to lead the transition to Windows 11 across an enterprise environment? My client is looking for a 
Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Engineer
to join their high-performing team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, testing, and deploying a secure and optimized Windows 11 SOE ensuring a seamless transition from Windows 10 that aligns with our client's security, compliance, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain the Windows 11 SOE using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Conduct deployments and gather feedback to refine and enhance the SOE.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SOE configurations, deployment processes, and support procedures.

What You'll Bring:
 

• Demonstrated experience in SOE engineering and desktop deployment projects.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture and deployment best practices.
• Proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy.
• Experience in application packaging, testing, and compatibility troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise-level security standards.
