Windows 11 SOE Engineer

Lead the transition to Windows 11 across an enterprise environment in this critical role. As a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, testing, and deploying a secure and optimized Windows 11 SOE ensuring a seamless transition from Windows 10 that aligns with our client's security, compliance, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Build, and Maintain: Develop a Windows 11 SOE using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
  • Deployment and Feedback: Conduct deployments and gather feedback to refine and enhance the SOE.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for SOE configurations, deployment processes, and support procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated Experience: Showcased experience in SOE engineering and desktop deployment projects.
  • Strong Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows 10/11 architecture and deployment best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy.
  • Application Packaging: Experience in application packaging, testing, and compatibility troubleshooting.
  • Enterprise Security: Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise-level security standards.
