**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive **Project Administrator**to join our Teneriffe-based team for an initial 3-month contract. This key role supports our Delivery function by managing new-starter onboarding, maintaining JDE records, generating reports, preparing presentations, and managing documentation. You'll also assist with event and travel bookings, credit card management, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery across the program.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ideally, you'll have experience in administration within the construction or related industries, and be eager to contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team.

**About you**
- Administration experience in complex construction industry highly advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, time management and MS Office suite experience.
- Outstanding communication skills and adaptability to a changing and busy environment.
- The desire to work within a collaborative team environment and contribute to the cohesive culture of the program.
