**About the Role**:
Join our energetic team at Healthcare Provider's Association in South Melbourne

We're looking for someone who is an expert in vaccine service provision, and has the ability to support our clients through the process of establishing a vaccine provision business.

As a Delivery Consultant, your mission is to create 'customers for life' by ensuring continued customer engagement and satisfaction beyond the initial sale. This role kicks in immediately after the Business Development Manager (BDM) completes a sale, making you the primary point of contact between the customer and HCPA for the entirety of their journey with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting clients through the full registration process to become a vaccine provider.
- Building and maintaining _"customer for life" _relationships by providing on-going tailored consulting solutions.
- Successfully identifying life cycle stage/grading of each client.
- Upsell product packages and sell service offerings.
- Consistently deliver on targets and KPIs relating to customer experience, quality, retention, responsiveness, sales, and call management.
- Building strong rapport and confidently assist clients through issues/queries, being solutions based focused.
- Assist in maintaining and growing our large accounts and supporting our clients to commercialise their business when required.

- A thorough understanding of the vaccine registration process.
- Proven strategic consulting skills.
- Experience in dealing and presenting issues and customer facing experience in a services capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships, and work with others in a team environment to achieve team and individual goals.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on the accuracy of information processed.
- Experience in identifying and implementing client support, transition, and or project process improvements.
- Strong IT literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, demonstrating initiative and pro-activity towards achieving business challenges and goals.
- Ability to manage and achieve goals and targets.
