Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join our team as a strategic vaccine consultant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients through the process of establishing a vaccine provision business.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure continued customer engagement and satisfaction beyond the initial sale. This will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients by providing on-going tailored consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients through the full registration process to become a vaccine provider.
  • Building strong rapport and assisting clients through issues/queries, being solution-focused.
  • Assisting in maintaining and growing large accounts and supporting clients to commercialise their business when required.

Requirements:

  • A thorough understanding of the vaccine registration process.
  • Proven strategic consulting skills.
  • Experience in dealing and presenting issues and customer-facing experience in a services capacity.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on the accuracy of information processed.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement, demonstrating initiative and proactivity towards achieving business challenges and goals.
